This is my story: Why I studied full-time for 8 months for a Google interview I studied about 8-12 hours a day, for several months. You probably won't have to study as much as I did. After going through this study plan, I got hiredĪs a Software Development Engineer at Amazon! My body is still changing at the moment (in positive way) and i want to workout this stack much better, cause for me it felt like the best stack ever, even when i never saw any other stacks before.I originally created this as a short to-do list of study topics for becoming a software engineer,īut it grew to the large list you see today. Before i was some kind of alcoholic, and i have smoked for like 8 years. So i think this stack has short term results, which you feel immediately, and have longterm results like the stop of smoking, the positive drive to change to a healthy life. I also add a good diet and lots of exercise. As i stoped before in january and couldnt stop more then 7days, i think this stacked helped me this time. I also stoped smoking for like 10 days now. I felt a congnitive change, i could read books which other students take 6 weeks the time for, in a day! I saw my results from school and they were pretty good for a lazy person as i am. No any singel symptom of depressive emotions at all. More neutral en positive emotions then before. I noticed from this stack a deep change in my emotions. Stack in the morning : 2g of DHA, 250 mg Choline Bitartrate and 250 mg uridine and 200 mg caffeine and 400 mg l-theanine.Įdited by qlawi90, 08 April 2014 - 11:33 AM. What do you guys think? I want to have more focus, a deeper motivation, more alertness and if possible, cognitive growth, thats the most important for me. I want keep the same resulfts or long term, so i might need to higher the dosages. I couldnt be sharp the whole day, whatever i did or want for it. I know from the last expierence of yesterday that i was so tired, that i didnt feel anything the whole day. Since 3 days i aint feeling the same mood or drive anymore, maybe because my sleep changed, maybe cause i didnt sport this week, but also im thinking that the dosage wont anymore work at this level. I noticed that sleep is like 120% of this stack, cause when i start sleeping late, the stack didnt work anymore as it was before. I felt comfortable with this type of mood, My diet was ok, ,sport exercise (cardio), and sleep at time. My sleep was deeper, and was be able to wake up earlier. This stack might also increase analyze cability, for me it felt like it did. In the first few days, i noticed great mood in the morning, very alert instant after wake up, i was able to handle social situation better then ever before. I want to be honest in my review as i got different feelings from this stack so its a bit hard to describe my feelings. Anyway i posted this review in the mr happy topic, im thinking to add zinc+tmg soon and try to stop with smoking as well, ill hope to post positive results in a week. The reason why i add caffeine to this stack, is cause of the alertness of the combination with theanine. Often I eat a can of sardines which is like 1g in DHA which just adds to the 800mg. Personally, I am only taking 800mg daily. How are you taking 2g of DHA? Liquid, diet, pills, or mix of all? Seems like a lot and it's not that cheap when taking quality supplements for it. Also, I heard from MrHappy's thread that mixing caffeine with that stack isn't the best idea, not sure exactly why though. I was told to take just the DHA + Uridine for a week or two before using Choline though. I too recently started the DHA + Uridine + Choline stack. Maybe a bit of nicotine gum during cramming for a test and during the actual test itself (state-dependent learning). Omega 3s and choline are in my diet already. A bit of caffeine, some theanine, a 'racetam or two, and something like lion's mane, or bacopa. I've found the simpler stacks to be more efficient than some of the massive stacks. Obligatory-but-oh-so-important make sure your diet and exercise is on point comment (so much more important than many realize). You could look into a good extracted lion's mane product, to increase neuronal growth. I've used piracetam and aniracetam to good results, noopept and sunifram a bit hit or miss, and pramiracetam was hard to put my finger on. One thing to be aware of is it's stimulating effects tend to subside after a few days of back-to-back usage. I haven't tried phenylpiracetam but have heard mainly good things. The theanine/caffeine combo itself is pretty solid, as are DHA, Uridine and Choline. As a basic studying stack, that should be pretty good.
